However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns or refunds can be made.

Returns Eligibility

  1. Simple Items
    We offer returns on simple, non-customized items only. Simple items are those that are ready-made, pre-assembled, and not tailored or personalized to any specific requirements. If your purchase falls under this category, you can return it within the conditions outlined below.

  2. Customized Items
    Unfortunately, customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all furniture pieces that have been specifically tailored to your order, such as those with custom sizes, colors, finishes, or designs. As these items are made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order is placed.

Returns Process for Simple Items

If you are eligible for a return, here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact Us
    You must initiate the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. To begin the process, please contact our Customer Support team at enzobyarc1@outlook.com or call us at +92 301 4344440. Provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.

  2. Condition of the Item
    The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged or show signs of use will not be eligible for a return.

  3. Return Shipping
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during delivery. Please ensure the item is carefully packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Approval
    Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for simple, non-customized items that are returned in accordance with our policy.
  • The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping or handling fees.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or full refund.

  1. Damaged During Transit: Please take clear photos of the item and packaging. This will help us process the claim with the carrier and ensure you receive a resolution quickly.
  2. Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions on how to return or exchange it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized and personalized furniture (including custom sizes, colors, and designs).
